Stair Climb Workouts

Looking for a fun & challenging workout? Preparing for the upcoming Scotiabank ® United Way STAIRCLIMB at One London Place on November 2? If so, please come and join us! The workouts will take place every Tuesday and Friday from 12:10-12:40pm during the month of October. This is a great opportunity to improve heart health and build muscular endurance in the lower body. Please bring athletic footwear and comfortable clothing.
