There will be lots of sampling as well as opportunities to win some prizes. The official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 1:30 pm with Gitta Kulczycki, Catherine Wilkins (Weldon Library), Eddy Avila (USC President), Candace Macleod (Argo Tea) and Frank Miller (Hospitality Services) participating.
