Yoga Class

This class is for all levels of practitioners, whether doing yoga for the first time or for many years. 
We will be doing yoga postures (asana) in coordination with breathing, often in gentle ways but moving up to moderate levels of exertion.  The emphasis will be on developing greater calm, relaxed focus, and body awareness. 
Each class ends with a lying down relaxation period. 

If you have a yoga mat, please bring one.
