Living Well @ Western invites you to lunch hour fitness with Adam!
Held in Support Services Building 3101, this class is intended for people that are new to fitness and want to learn about dynamic stretching, balance, footwork, and basic strength training.
There is no cost and all staff, faculty, and students are welcome.
Athletic footwear and comfortable clothing are recommended.
