Come practice mindfulness meditation skills or try it for the first time in a relaxed, casual environment. Participants will practice mindfulness meditation skills via audio-recording.
Please arrive a few minutes before 10:00. Due to the nature of the group late-comers cannot be accommodated.
No weekly commitment necessary and no registration required. However, registered participants will be given priority should the group reach maximum capacity.
Please note that this group does not constitute therapeutic intervention, nor is it a substitute for therapy.
